Each of the 32 count step combos will be repeated 6 times before you move to an intensity blast. They are longer than some of the step combos. Each blast features 2 or 3 intense moves that repeat 4 times. This will bring you to a lactate threshold. Each one of the blasts is a different length and intensity so your muscles will get a very challenging and motivating workout. We have reduced the recovery time between some of the milder intervals. Make sure you complete the cool down after the last blast as well as the stretching exercises to cool down.
You will love the music too! It is a mix of 40 top dance and club hits that have been produced by BK Howe Productions. The music features both instrumental pieces and lyrical mixes. The soundtrack is upbeat and it will keep your going through the workout.
