Best Flat Irons and Hair Straighteners of 2007

CurlytoStraight.com announces the winners of the very best 2007 hair straighteners.

The criteria that was used to decide this "Best Of" list are; product features, user feed back, customer support and reliability. This review doesn't go over all of the classes of hair straightener on the market. Only higher quality products were reviewed and cost wasn't considered.

These reviews are based solely on features, product quality and the feed back of customers. This won't consider cost.

1) The FHI Runway Series - This line of hair straightener is simply the finest available. The FHI Runway Series has each and every cutting edge feature; damp-or-dry styling, 450F max temp, lightening fast heat time, adjustable heat, revolutionary heating plates and the most consistent plate heating of any product on the market. The Runway models also have the best user feed back of any the products reviewed. If you want the very best hair straighteners out there this is most certainly it, and they are pricey. These Irons usually about $400.

Is it worth the money? Definitely, if you can afford it.

2) The FHI Platform Series - As a pioneer in the improvement of tourmaline integration and ceramic plating, FHI's Platform series provides a premium hair straightener at a less expensive price. Available in assorted sizes, the Platform series offers ultra flash heat times, 450F max heat, PTFC ceramic heat plates and adjustable temperature. While the Platform Series is less expensive than the Runway series, they're still on the expensive side at around $150 - $200.

3) CHI Pink Series - The stylish pink straightener provides consumers the best reliability and performance of any Farouk Chi straightener. Ceramic plates, temperature control, and flash heat times combined with an ergonomical and comfortable handle make the CHI ceramic flat iron a wonderful choice for anybody who wants the most from their hair.

4) T3 Wet-or-Dry - In actuality, this flat iron has a rank above the CHI Pink series as far as product features are concerned, but it dropped to fourth place because consumers have struggled with warranty returns. Other than that, the T3 Wet-or-Dry offers consumers a durable ceramic design.

5) CHI Turbo Series - The Turbo series takes fifth place in our 2007 review of flat irons. This line of flat irons is used by more hair styling professionals than any other model. And though its maximum temperature and flash heating do not match the CHI Pink, the CHI Turbo series is the perfect option for anybody who wants superior reliability and performance.
